Dispelling myths of the 7th Lunar month:

1.) 有些人相信，每个人身上都有“三把火”，分别在双肩和头上 Some people believe that humans have “three flames” above their shoulders and head
在夜晚回头会使“火”熄灭，让厉鬼有机可趁
Turning your head around at night might extinguish the flames, leaving you vulnerable

2.) 但是，农历七月不可以回头是不切实际的做法 However, strictly not turning your head during the 7th Lunar Month is unpractical

3.) 若是真的需要回头，建议各位先定下心来再慢慢地回头看，以免心急而酿成以外。 If you must, calm your heart and slowly redirect your gaze to whoever is behind you.
